- No charge for pre-treatment consultation and evaluation appointments.

During your consultation appointment we will discuss the costs, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements for your orthodontic treatment. We take your investment very seriously and will make sure you can have the smile you’ve been waiting for!
Payments Policy
We offer various flexible financing options while maintaining the highest level of uncompromising professional care.
- If pre-payment in full is made at the beginning of treatment, we offer a fee discount.
- If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee.
- In-office financing is available, usually consists of down payment and balance is divided into no-interest, monthly payments through the course of treatment.
- Monthly automatic draft payments are available, to make Budgeting for your braces easier and to get your bill paid on time.
- We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, Checks, and Cash.
- We make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary budget difficulties. However in cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
As a service to our patients, we will gladly work with your insurance to verify orthodontic benefits and process your insurance forms for you. We will provide you with a treatment plan outlining the overall treatment cost estimate, the insurance benefits and your payment responsibility so that you can determine your tax advantage FSA and HSA contribution amounts.
Are Braces Affordable?
Absolutely! We understand that getting braces is a decision most of us will make just once in a lifetime and it is not an inexpensive decision.
We will work with you to find a payment plan that works for you. We offer several interest-free payment options. We also offer family discounts and cash-up-front savings. Ask us about these options during your consultation.
